Okamura & Co. is a mid-size patent firm in Osaka, Japan which was established in 1983.
The manager, Toshio Okamura (graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Tokyo University), has 30-years experience and an abundant technical knowledge in mechanics including various machines, and electrical & electronic apparatus.
Patent documents, such as specification, should be described in a technically precise and plain manner with clearly structured Japanese. Although it is not an easy task, we recognize it as our duty to clients.
Although preparing claims is a very difficult task, we have confidence in such a task. The quality of claims affects the period and cost needed from application to registration and the value of the intellectual property. Preparation or translation of a specification requires the ability to construct written text, technical skills and attention. We also have considerable confidence in those respects. As necessary work periods for translation and other tasks, we requests 1.5 ～2.0 months for English documents and 2 - 2.5 months for non-English documents.

- 8.Translations of documents necessary for patent applications and translations of any other documents.
